Website Growth & SEO

The goal of this project was to revamp Premier Lending’s online presence by creating a fully rebranded website. This included designing a user-friendly interface, ensuring seamless integration with key tools, and optimizing the site to meet state and industry compliance standards. The project also focused on implementing an SEO strategy to drive organic traffic and improve search engine visibility.

My Role

  • Managed the end-to-end website launch, overseeing design, content strategy, and SEO optimization to ensure a seamless rollout.

  • Conducted extensive keyword research and implemented both on-page and off-page SEO strategies to enhance visibility and traffic.

  • Collaborated with cross-functional teams, including developers and content creators, to align the website with compliance and business objectives.

  • Monitored, analyzed, and optimized the website’s performance using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console, implementing improvements as needed.

My Approach

  • Designed a user-friendly website following SEO best practices, prioritizing clear navigation, fast load times, and lead capture forms to enhance user experience and conversion potential.

  • Conducted in-depth keyword research to identify high-value search terms and strategically incorporated them into meta tags, headings, and content.

  • Collaborated closely with developers to ensure technical SEO elements, such as proper indexing, mobile responsiveness, and schema markup, were implemented effectively.

  • Established a content strategy focused on engaging, informative material tailored to target audiences and search intent.

  • Regularly monitored key performance metrics using Google Analytics and Search Console, making data-driven, iterative improvements to boost traffic and maintain growth momentum.

Results

2023 Achievements

  • Attracted 8.7K visitors (5.6K direct, 3.5K organic) with a 13% monthly growth rate.

  • Generated 9.6K engaged events and 1.3K form submissions, driving lead conversions.

  • Directed 1.7K new visitors to the key page, “Find a Mortgage Advisor,” achieving a 1.07% conversion rate.

  • Organic Search: 2.2K clicks, 82.4K impressions, a 2.71% CTR, and an average position of 23.42.

 

2024 Achievements

  • Increased reach to 20K visitors (8.9K direct, 7.3K organic) with a 49% monthly growth rate.

  • Delivered 1K form submissions and directed 4.2K visitors to the “Find a Mortgage Advisor” page.

  • Organic Search: 12.3K clicks, 617K impressions, a 2.0% CTR, and an improved position of 20.
