AI Powered Chatbot Development
This project aimed to revolutionize how loan processors, underwriters, and sales teams navigated complex client scenarios by developing an AI-powered chatbot. Built using ChatGPT and trained on underwriting guidelines, the chatbot provided real-time assistance, enabling faster decision-making and reducing bottlenecks. Additionally, a Listing GPT tool was created to deliver actionable insights into listed properties, enhancing property evaluations and empowering teams to close deals more efficiently.
