Streamlined Operations
This project leveraged Monday.com’s work management solution to unify Premier Lending’s departments under the EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) framework. The goal was to create a connected, collaborative environment that enabled teams to align with SMART yearly goals, break them into quarterly ROCKS, and focus on what moves the needle.
My Role

Built three interconnected workspaces in Monday.com: one for SMART yearly goals, another for tracking quarterly ROCKS, and a unified task board for daily activities.

Automated workflows and added dashboards, calendar views, and forms to improve workflow visualization and simplify task management.

Replaced Excel-based processes with a centralized improvement log to help the operations team address bottlenecks efficiently.

Configured permissions to ensure secure, role-specific access across all workspaces.

Delivered training sessions to support smooth adoption and effective use of the solution by all departments.

Reviewed the EOS model by reading "Traction" to understand its framework and principles.
