Enhanced Premier Lending’s visual brand identity by refining the logo and marketing assets in 2021-2022, spanning digital and print materials. In 2024, led a full-scale rebranding effort, including brand strategy, story, and an updated visual identity to align with business growth.

AI-Powered Innovation

Designed and integrated a GPT-powered mortgage underwriting assistant to support operations and sales teams in resolving client challenges and closing deals. Reduced bottlenecks by linking GPTs with Office 365, enabling real-time responses to operational queries.
